Refund policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and then ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return has been approved, it will be processed and refunded within 1-5 business days.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase, no questions asked. Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed and refunded within 1-5 business days.

Damaged Products

If your product or a part of the product arrives to you damaged, Reforest Design is responsible for return shipping costs for the damaged parts, and a discount or credit will be applied to your account for purchase of a new replacement.

If an item shipped to Reforest Design by the buyer is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom Order Returns

Unless products arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for custom orders.
