Ewelina Pankowska
Chief Vision Officer | CEO | Founder
Ewelina studied at OCAD University, majoring in Environmental Design with a minor in Furniture Design. With 16 years of experience in furniture design and production, she brings a deep understanding of how furniture is made and how the industry can evolve. Her focus is on advancing Reforest’s vision for more sustainable furniture through on-demand production, automation, thoughtful design, and a circular economy.
Peter Byrne
COO | Co-Founder
Peter has 18 years of cabinetmaking experience and has worked directly with on-demand production throughout his career. His hands-on expertise helps shape Reforest’s unique approach to on-demand furniture manufacturing. A CNC wizard and natural problem solver, Peter combines practical production knowledge with a drive to develop new processes, improve how things are made, and explore new design ideas.

Dori is a creative problem solver who believes small details can make a big difference. Whether it’s a visual, website, product, or strategic challenge, she finds unique, resourceful solutions and brings insights from her experience in the advertising industry.
